Kangaroo Tail Soup is supposed to be real nice Sniper, although I must admit I have never tried it.

Not sure if kangaroo meat is exported to the USA, especially to the USSR of CA, they have done funny ideas about porting anything to do with kangaroos. Do a search of the net mate, you may be able to find an importer of 'roo meat.

There used to be kangaroo ranchers along with the Llama and ostrich ranchers. I haven't heard much about them in the last few years though. there was a restaurant in Seattle that served ostrich and roo steaks. The kangaroo steaks were pretty good!
