I don't know about all of you gals and guys, but I'm going to use the extra time to get some recoil therapy. Happy 4th to all!

Happy 4th, may God bless America and return her to her former glory.

Got the venison tenderloin marinating, will pick the corn in the morning, and throw some ice on the brew.

Have fun guys.

WOOOHOOO _ The 4th of July here is the first day of the annual shoot-a-thon here at the homestead. 1772 Winsor Rd - Cheshire, MA GOOGLE earth will get you here - You are ALL invitied.

!!! July 4th through July 13th !!!

My deepest aplologies for not posting this months ago.

The family 3-gun competition is all day Sunday, the 6th
Bring anything you want barbecued - venison will be arriving tomorrow - lobsters and king crab legs sunday
friends will be popping in to shoot and celebrate the amazing story of this great country's birth
clay targets and hand-thrower
Poppers
running (charging) rhino and bear as long as you can find someone to stop shooting long enough to work the rope/pulley)
Handguns:
one 15 yard setup with multiple spinners and exploding targets
multiple shooting positions for 7-yard personal defense practice
50 yard setup for hunting handguns
Rifles:
50 yard precision shooting competition; standing, sitting, prone positions
125 yard targets from shooting bench
poppers for .22's at 45, 60, 75, and 125 yards

Bring Your Own Ammo - .22 ammo supplied while it lasts (3500 rounds will go fast, with my 3 girls coming)

Available to shoot will be double action, single action and double/single action pistols and revolvers in .22, .22 mag, 9mm, .38 S&W, .38 Special, .40 S&W, and .44 Mag . . . Pick up some ammo in whatever you would like to try, or bring a bit of cash - we will be making ammo runs all week - there is plenty on the shelves of several local stores - except for .22 LR .22 Mag IS available, as is all centerfire ammo listed above)

The liquor cabinet is very well-stocked with hard stuff. bring your own beer. NOTE: NO ONE WILL BE SHOOTING AFTER IMBIBING

Also note: Unsafe practice on the range WILL BE CORRECTED
Range officers (red shirts) ARE IN CHARGE - Disobedience in any form will result in expulsion with extreme prejudice.

I am sure that members here will be very well behaved, and participate in assisting range officers.

WOOHOO _ I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the 4th !!!

My son and about 50 of his close friends are having their annual ATF party. That's right Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms - not necessarily in that order.
We spent the morning together at the range.
