When I was a Community Constable I used to quietly tell people that a large set of boots near a door was deterrent in itself, until I had one old dear in her late 80s ask me if you got the boots did you get a man to go with them, I just about pissed myself laughing…..

Well it took most of the day but I've got my security system installed. I added a bit of recorded snarling rabid dogs in a might righteous tussle.

So far the postman thought it was funny - until he heard the recording. Are they supposed to run that fast to deliver the mail? Wink
