Would you shoot someone else's reloads?

Hmmm I routinely take my wife's BIL's out to the range with me and since I am the only one with firearms they shoot my reloads. So this begs the question, do you let others shoot your reloads?

Yes...I let people shoot my reloads only in my guns on my range.

I collected up all the miscellaneous .45ACP cartridges on & around my friend's reloading bench a while back.
This morning I took those 31 rounds to the range & fired them off from the 1911 A1 I use for practical pistol competitions.
Had three that wouldn't light off despite good firing pin hits & the second from last won the prize.
HARD recoil, burning powder in my face & the magazine blown half out the pistol.
The magazine, a Chip McCormick Shooting Star is toast, with the body bowed, spring compressed to a third of normal & follower buckled.
After checking it over I fired another magazine full of my own reloads through the pistol to test function & it was fine.
At first I thought it was an out of battery issue but no, it happened when I pulled the trigger, so most likely a double charge.
Luckily for me, I wear glasses with protective lenses, so my eyes didn't get peppered & judging by the marks on my cheek it would have been serious.
No more unknown ammunition for me.

Does commercial loads counted as someone else's loads?

Ok Long ago when I got started in shooting, I have no knowledge of reloading at all, vaguely I understand that there are reloads,
but no detailed knowledge nor the sense of danger, at the time almost all loads I use was someone else's reloads.
Hey I was a rookie greenhorn wet behind the ear boy, and the guys with reloaders are the all knowing source of wisdom are they not?
Well, I was at it for a few years until I take initiative to reload my own, then started to ask questions and now I think I start to know what is going on with things.
Yes, I still some time shoot reloads from others, but they would be those that shoot along side of me for years in the range.
We trade info, good or bad of loads, and we watch each other's reloads log books and verify them by shooting the loads.
