My view was the same as yours when I pulled it up . Did you catch the part about using the right arrow key to open it and advance the pages ?

Have you tried clicking on your keyboard's right arrow key anyway?

It worked for me after initially being confused.

And I retired my Sony TC-8 years ago. I only have one Sony and that's the SQD-2020.
