I did a little bunny hop to clear an obstacle but came down going too fast I guess, because my bike did that little wobble that's hard to recover and then my front wheel got sideways,,,,,,,,,I think? Not really sure but that's my story. Landed on concrete, never good. Had a real hard time getting back on bike, when I got back I told my buddy I couldn't pedal or put weight on left side he said "Really?" so I did circles in parking lot while he put his bike away, then he "caught" me as I rode real slow. Some people held me up as They put my bike down and pulled it out from under me. So I didn't have to raise my legs or put weight on left. Some people at the ride had transported their bikes in back of mini van so they just pulled up behind me where I stood and they just tipped me over into the back. That's when the real pain started. took me to E.R. and the fun began.

NICE looking fishing spot for sure. you take care and heal up quick now you here? plenty of comfry tea. its not called knitbone for nothing. go into a healthfood shop and get some anica aswell as it will help with the healing of the soft tissue. Im not a believer of the homopathetic oops I mean homopathic school of medicine. but do surely have faith in the old school stuff as I have seen it work its majic.

That'll do it FN...every time mate. My son in law used to do urban freestyle rides...funny how easy it is to go base over apex on the smallest of obstacles...or a flight of stairs.
Take it easy and let your body heal mate.
Stovey...what a magnificent snorkelling and spearfishing cove mate...it looks magnificent. The reef off the point looks like it would be a fish haven mate. Sure would be a nice spot to cool down after a big ride.
Cheers, Vince

Oi! That it is. Kinda murky from the swell lifting stuff on the bottom. IT runs clear moslty and @ noon it's like swimming in a fish bowl. The point is killer too...best @ slack-tide so ya dont get bounced. Lobster, ab's, calico, opal eye, etc. Ab's used to be big, now they are restricted, pollution etc kinda shrunk their numbers- so they say. Kind of a scramble to get to- football shoes in work a treat. Miss me them ab's steaks, pounded flat, rolled in flour or meal, chucked in butter or oil...toss in some slaw and taters and eeeeyow! *buuuurp*
