I've got a 1920's vintage Savage 1899 in 250/3000 caliber. I'm looking for a Stith scope mount for it. It was the only scope mount designed for this gun that didn't require you to drill any holes. I want to put a scope on this rifle, but I refuse to de-value it by drilling into this pretty old gun. Any one have one they care to part with or know of anyone who does?

No idea where you can find one, but I love your attitude. Too many of these fine old rifles have been ruined just because someone wanted to "modernize" them by slapping glass on them. Stick to your principles and find the right one. It may take a while but it will save the old girl from becoming just another rifle that someone cobbled up.
