He should have never been charged. Now the hate-mongers like Sharpton and Jackson and the "New Black Panthers" will make his life hell. They are the ones who should be punished.

First, the Sanford, Florida Police Department refused to charge Zimmerman with any crime because it was obvious to investigators that Zimmerman had acted in self defense only after being attacked, beaten and injured by Trayvon Martin.

But the black Sanford City Manager wanted murder charges filed, so he fired the police chief and managed to get the charges filed anyway by the District Attorney, who has since been indicted by a Grand Jury for having falsified evidence against Zimmerman.

The state prosecutor fired the IT guy when he found out they were withholding evidence for the defense and just read where the NAACP wrote a letter to the justice department demanding civil charges be brought against Zimmerman.

The race baiters worked overtime on this one. They should be charged the same as the man hollering fire in a crowded theater for any harm to persons or property. Last time I looked, inciting a riot is still against the law.

I haven't been watching the news, wonder how the media will play this one out, wonder if the riots will begin, wonder if Obama land will ignite fireworks over it. Ya know "If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon", that Obamaland.

Just watched ABC's This Week and the closing statement on it was that a little boy going out for snacks, shouldn't end up dead. The program's panel included Tavis Smiley who was obviously upset at the lack of a conviction, and others who have decided the case was all about racial profiling. The attorney for Martin played the same notion that a little boy was killed because of his color and what a sad day in our justice system. It was also mentioned the "stern statements" Obama had made about the case and how in this era, with a black president, we're still racially divided. (Instead of saying in this era, because we have a racially biased black president, we're still racially divided). Oh well..

In conclusion....a little boy goin out for snacks was shot dead for no reason other than he was black. Zimmerman must have beat his own head on the pavement I guess.

The way that the race card is played everyday in our society sickens me! I am tired of the political correctness and concern for the supposed minority. No one is worried about facts it's all a how not to upset anyone. This was a case of self defence but the race card was plated trying to convict an innocent man.

The media and the rabble rousers are deliberately lying trying to cause trouble and I'm pretty fed up with it. That "little boy" was 17 years old, 6' 2", 150-160 lbs and was wandering around that night because his third violation of school rules got him suspended. Zimmerman was not "patrolling the neighborhood", he was on his way to the grocery store.

I guess the real lesson in all this is that if you don't want your children to be shot when returning from the store is to teach them not to criminally attack someone that might be carrying a gun.

The rationale I used to ferret out this jewel is: You might be able to get him down and injure him but can you live through a shot to the heart from 4 inches?

A racist attack by Zimmerman? When asked by the 911 operator what race Martin was, Zimmerman said, "I can't tell". Doesn't sound all that racially motivated to me. It was after all Martin that made the comment, "creepy assed cracker", when referring to Zimmerman. Meanwhile we also have a new phrase that has arisen from this trial, "white hispanic". What exactly is a white hispanic? Is that like a black Irishman or something? The NAACP President has said, "We will pursue civil rights charges with the Department of Justice, we will continue to fight for the removal of Stand Your Ground laws in every state, and we will not rest until racial profiling in all its forms is outlawed," which makes me wonder how much of this is politically charged by the anti-gun crowd. We have Samir Shabazz of the New Black Panthers saying, “This Time We’re Going Out To Whitey’s Suburbs and Burning Down HIS Community”. I say bring it on Samir! I also have to wonder how long the media will continue to show the picture of the innocent looking 12 year old Martin, instead of the real deal 6'2" 160lb. 17 year old version.

I complained about this to the BBC here & was surprised when they actually pulled the photo.
They didn't however replace it with a recent image of Martin the young thug.

Apparenty, NBC altered the 911 tapes to make Zimmerman appear racist. Where does this stop?

Just heard on the news that AG Holder is going to open a probe into the shooting to see if the justice department should file a civil suit.

There is a no-win situation for the DoJ! Either they have to admit they screwed it up originally or they have to admit it is pointless now. Wonder which way that will go?
