I've been using Hodgdon CFE 223 and IMR7977. I do not see these in the drop down selection after choosing the powder manufacturer. Can those be added easily?
Thank you.

Yes I will add them for the next version. There are a few calibers people noticed are missing I need to add as well too. Are there anymore that we are missing?
I miss ole "popgun", he kept submitting all new components he would come across.

Knowing that DallanC’s plate is full, I offer the following as an interim solution to new powders.
PointBlank draws from the data files and their respective user files. User data files can be created or modified with a spreadsheet program such as MS Excel. The attached zip file containing “powders_user.slk” was created by opening the powders.slk file with MS Excel2003 then saving it as powders_user.slk. New powders were added, and all the existing powders were deleted. (If the existing powders are not deleted, PointBlank will show duplicate powders in its pull down menus.)
New Bullets, Calibers, Cases. and Primers can be added to user data files in the same way.
Thanks to DallanC for creating, improving and maintaining the PointBlank program and the HuntingNut web site.

I had forgotten about the user files! Good save!
The nice thing is the user files don't get over written with updates so they stay available.

Missing Powders for Alliant:
Alliant AR Comp
Alliant Reloder 16
Alliant Reloder 23
Alliant Reloder 26
Alliant Reloder 33
Alliant Sport-Pistol
Alliant BE-86
Alliant Power-Pro 300MP (Magnum Pistol)
Alliant 20/28
Alliant 410
Alliant Clay Dot
Alliant Extra-Lite
Alliant Pro Reach
Alliant Power-Pro 3000LR Is listed by PB2, but is not in the Alliant line-up. Did this one actually exists at some point? I've never heard of it.
That is a LOT of powders that PB2 does not list and that is just from one manufacturer. The powders companies have been releasing lots of new powders over the last few years. It's beginning to make PB2 look a little dated without these updates (not meant as a complaint, just an observation).
