My bad, spank me on that error. In truth I was actually thinking about the .20 Tactical on the .223 case, Lapua released @ 550,000 cases around March/April last year to Dakota arms. What this did was assist those fortunate enough to get some the task of case forming & fireforming .223 cases. It's too bad that Ruger didn't actually use the .223 case and give it minimal body taper and a Ackley 40 degree shoulder, this would have been a boone to the handloader due to the availibility of .223 brass. Still, I may just have to get a .204 Ruger barrel for my Savage and see how much difference there actually is between using reformed .223 brass in it. From the outset the neck will be a bit shorter but I am intrested to see if there would be any accuracy disadvantage.
I see an experiment in the future!!
