Elvis...You fillet trout?

Top left is my daily carry knife in a pouch on my belt next to my extra magazine. Top right is my hunting/fishing knife [Buck Personal]. Next is my camping/hiking knife [Buck Special]. and bottom right is my Case folder.

I'm a simple man.

yes bushy I do fillet trout. the complaint most people who dont eat trout have is that they dont like all those little bones!!! it takes me about a minute to convert a whole fish into skin and boneless fillets, or boneless skin on (for the smoker) or my special job that I call roadkill is when I take a whole fish and take all the bones out of the eating bit but leave it intact. great for those recipies that call for a whole fish and no pesky bones to worry about.

hmm interesting, I don't fillet trout either, I just cook them whole. Thats an interesting thought though to fillet them and then smoke them. I may just give that a try. Although I have never been good at filleting.
