Sounds like good news. Keep us posted.

Final count:

Conservatives 167 a gain of 23 seats (a majority government)
NDP 102 a gain of 67 seats (the official opposition)
Liberals 34 a loss of 43 seats
BQ 4 a loss of 45 seats
Green 1 a gain of one seat

The next thing for us hunters is the scrapping of the long gun registry. The liberals that introduced it in 1995 are KO'd. and the BQ in quebec is almost extinct.
That was a hair raising evening watching TV as the results came in.

It is to be noted also that both the liberal Leader (Iggy) and the BQ leaders (Duceppe) lost their elections in their respective counties. Duceppe said that he will resign as party chief of the BQ shortly and Iggy is in deep reflection as to his future as chief of the Libs.

We finally have a stable government in Canada.

Send some of them voting vibes my way man...my state's being raped even harder by 3-time loser demo-lib's. The tard's down here can't seem to stop voting the same crooks back into office over and over and ...unreal! Jerry Brown? For a 3rd time? Are you kidding me? Idiots here...good grief.

Congrats on some normalcy hitting your districts. Cool

Well the Liberals have been falling since the last election, first with Dion who couldn't tie his own shoes, then with Iggy, a wanna-be American who only came back to Canada to try and become Prime Minister.

He blames the attack ads that "questioned" his "patriotism" of Canada as the reason he lost the election.

Unlike the Liberal or NDP ads which talked about "how bad it will be" with the Conservatives in power. The Conservative attack ads this election were in reality only so effective because they didn't go down to the level speculation. But instead went on past quotes of the Liberals and especially Iggy himself.

Iggy was screwed from the beginning when these kinds of ads could be made with his own recorded voice:

Mind you some of the older ads were better but a little too shocking for most Liberals to go over to the Conservative side:

Rex Murphy had a pretty good little talk back in 2009 about Iggy and it appears that Rex was right:

Rex is generally good at analyzing situations. I like his gun registry one too:

Didn't Garry Breitkreuz from Saskatchewan introduce a bill last year to scrap the registry?

The Liberals and NDP killed it. Including the NDP/Liberals that were anti-registry due to threats to being kicked out of the party.
