I’ve just heard from a friend in the north of England.

He says it has been snowing heavily for three days now.

His wife has done nothing but stare through the window. Confused

If it doesn't stop soon he’ll probably have to let her in. wtf

My favorite story along these lines:

My friend Pete rented a hunting camp in Vermont to live in year-round. He woke up one moring in serious need to relieve himself of the mass quantities of beer he had drunk the night before. It had snowed 36" during the night and he had trouble trying to force the door open. He opened the upstairs window and stepped onto the porch roof to piss over the edge. Of course, he slipped and fell into the snowdrift below the porch.
The mailman stopped to deliver a registered letter to find Pete, naked, digging like crazy at the snow in front of the door. He never asked Pete for an explanation, just said "Hi, Pete", had him sign for the letter and left as though everything were normal.

This is the only camp in Vermont that I have seen with a door that opens out, and for obvious reasons.
