PSlinger,

You mentioned wanting to help me reduce the boar population on my place. Are you still interested. Laughing

I am thinking of hunting in early May, and you are welcome to come, do you know anyone who will dress and butcher wild hogs?

I have not found anyone willing. Mad

I always try to use what I kill and the two that are in the freezer are delicious, but I had to butcher them and that means there are just big hunks of pig in the freezer. Embarassed

Les, I'll sure see what I can do! I think I know at least one guy here who knows how to butcher a hog.

DKA, I haven't talked to Les in a while and have been busy with wife's health problem so I kinda forgot about the hog hunt. I'll email him and see what's going on.

By the way, I plan to be in Wrightsville Beach early next week for a few days. How SE in NC are you?

If you still need to fill that freezer and want them butchered up, give me a call.

Several of us Virginians (not bragging) can butcher anything from an elephant to a gnat.

A fall hunt is more likely now due to the heat and we are interested as we have not hunted wild hogs and consider the hunt a great time.

Hopefully we could fill your freezer and ours.

We are good fellows and three of us were Hunter Safety Instructors for years in Virginia.

Hope all is well with your wife as I read the posts.

You can email me directly as well at waterbug012000 @ yahoo.com

Later,

Alan
