TAKE ONE RABBIT AND STUFF BODY CAVITY WITH ROSEMARY AND ONION. TIE BODY CAVITY SHUT WITH BUTCHERS TWINE TO KEEP SPICE INSIDE.
PLACE STUFFED RABBIT ON PLATE AND RUB WITH LEMMON PEPPER ALL OVER. PLACE RABBIT ON ROTTISOURI RACK AND PLACE IN MACHINE. COOK UNTIL MEAT IN THIGH REACHES 130 TO 140 DEGREE'S.
SERVE WITH CARROTS AND POTATOES AND COLD BEER.
