Nope it was a victum of gang violence between 2 rival gangs, the KK's (Krispy Kremes) and the double D's (Dunken Doughnuts). They thought that a new gang was moving in. This one just was in the wrong place at the wrong time. It's just a case of mistaken filling.

Hay the Doughboy is a reporter. He's the one who saw the whole thing and ran to get the cops because his cell phone couldn't get a signal. Honest mistake.
After some research P. Doughboy found out that it isn't a new gang that has moved to town, but rather an old one making a come back, The Wenchel's gang. It was thought that they had died out but looks like some old habits die hard.
And it has been confirmed that it's not Donutslayer. He has an alibiy.

Not sure if he's on the list yet. The police are asking anyone with information to call Captin Bismark or Major Crawler.

You know I think I heard about this one. I think I heard something about a group of pirates lead by a Long John or some such type criminal of nefarious deeds. Any new leads yet? We really need to find this subject before he/she can strike again. It might be an innocent creme puff ring that gets "creamed" next.

This has the breakfast world in an uproar:
the apples are frittering away
some are in a twist
others are just in a hole
Tarts are afraid of getting popped
Sausages are in the link but afraid the bacon's in the fire
Eggs are running
Coffee went cold
Toast got burned
and to top it all off, my wife says I'm lousy at making breakfast

Come to think of it I am beginning to wonder what I have strated by reporting it. Shocked

But not to worry.....I feel that the authorities are hot on the trail of these cinnamon suggar killers....they will solve it lest there is a spate of copy cat killings thus depriving them of their right of consumption. Very Happy
