Just a note to all that may have not looked at the new "Articles" section. This should become a Great Reference area for everyone. I found the information on OCW (Optimum Charge Weight) for loading match ammo. This process is not only for "Match" ammunition but will work for all of your favorite Hunting bullets also. I have used this for the past few months or so and have been really impressed with it.
One of the things that it has verified for me is that optimum accuracy is found usually just a bit under most maximum charge weights for any cartridge. This is the "High Node" what many don't realize is that there is also a "Low Node" that will produce fantastic accuracy also. Those of you that load cast bullets at lower velocities may also want to take note about this and use the OCW method at the low end or with powders designed for the lower velocities used with cast bullets. Hope you all enjoy this article, I will hopefully have a few more coming in the near future dealing with a few of the other aspects of reloading.
