Hello Dallan,

This is pleasantly surprising. It seems to be happening at a time when traffic on most of the forums is almost at a standstill. This is not usually a great time of the year for the hunting forums. Congratulations on a really outstanding job. Best wishes.

It's always nice to find a new site that perks my intrest. I have to admit that this site at first glance did not pop right out and perk up my intrest. But I started to read some of the posts and it feels more like a down home sittin around the pot bellied stove in the back of the hardware store. Not full of a bunch of "you know whats".

About the only other site that I post on is www.savageshooters.com
as I have become really impressed with the 110 & 10 series actions. They to me are the "Cost Conscious" Mans switch barrel rifles. Seriously, in these days who can really afford to get a rifle for each caliber that you would like to shoot. Being a TC Contender "NUT" barrels are much cheaper than complete firearms, and changing barrels & scopes gives me a reason that "I have to go to the range." Excellent logic for the better half as by doing it this way I'm Saving Money for the House!!

Guess you could say its a bit of twisted logic but it works!! HEHEHEHEHE!!

First off congradulations to shrpshtrjoe for hitting 200 posts and learning the final "rank" title LOL. Man I didnt think anyone would hit it that soon.

Anyway I'm just glad people find it useful. Its a good hobby to me an a "virtual" resume of sorts where I practice my internet programming skills. We've come a long way from the pure static HTML pages to a pure dynamic PHP based system sitting on a SQL framework.

I'm having fun with it and glad you guys participate to make it even better. The community is only as good as the individuals and really, HuntingNut seems to attract alot higher quality people. People here are very knowledgable and willing to help others... in a friendly environment.

My only regret currently is that I dont have more free time right now to implement all the things I have planned. (Reloading database is 90% ported over to PHP/SQL btw).

Anyway thanks for the words of encouragment and I'm always open to more suggestions on how to make things better.
