Another member had it right if California washed into the Pacific Ocean, he would worry about the fishes. Just hope that this does not spread to the other States and a court strikes this down.

I honestly hope that the big one comes and California falls into the ocean hahaha. My wife is from California and she has suggested that we should move there. Hell will freeze over and pigs will fly before I move there.

Those laws and a few more of their older laws are going to be challenged through the court system.
There is no doubt, in my mind at least, that they are blatant infringements on the rights guaranteed by the second amendment.

It looks like the next Chicago is in the making.

Not one of these laws will make any difference to the criminal's use of firearms, except to make law-abiding citizens into criminals when they never have & never will harm anyone.
I've always said these laws are meant to disarm the citizenry as a means of social control, rather than to benefit the public & after the last few months I'm even more certain.
The politicians use tragedies like Sandy Hook to further their agenda - nothing more. Mad
