but I did not see the Sierra bullets listed on the charts.

On Hodgdons website, sierra bullets are abbreviated "SIE".

I am sorry I should have elaborated, they do list sierra bullets but they do not list then at 130gr for sierra which is what I am currently looking for.

The 130 GR. HDY SP (Hornady Soft Point) will work from the Hodgdon on-line data base. Never use Barnes loading data for any lead-core bullet. You can also use a slightly heavier bullet recipe for a ligher bullet, e.g., 135 GR. SIE BT, as it will be conservative. Note how the manual data chambered so kindly shared shows 2 different bullets using the same recipe. Notice how Bushy's more up-to-date manual has different loads than the out-of-date manual from chambered. I'd use the highest of the lows and the lowest of the highs to start your development because your rifle will be different than all three that were used to develop those loads. Once you get comfortable in that range and your rifle is not showing signs of high pressure, then venture higher, if you need to, up to the max load for whatever manual you trust.
