Very Happy Good load bushy;I've used that 165 gr hpbt sierra over 40 yrs ago in the 06' with 58 grs of 4831!Shot superbly all these years-I won't change loads.I use for elk and deer-It has always put meat in the freezer! Very Happy

I've even loaded the 180 gr BTSP's down to 55 gr of H4831 and still had good terminal results and a stinging 2500 fps.

my 180gr load is sierra spbt but pretty much everything else for 06 is nosler...dont know why but it really likes them....125gr 150gr 168gr..havent tried the 180 nosler cause i had almost 300 of the sierras layin around $$ the wife ya know....if you havent tried the nosler BT give it a go i always go for the frnt shldr and ive never had one walk (let alone run) away
