No. Sold it to a collector before I moved to Southern Calif.
Bought it in 1989. Finished restoration in 1991 and drove it to and from work (50 miles round trip) and sold it in 2000.

Well you had that car a long ole time anyway. So whatta ya doin up so late anyway.....fight with the missus? Got the leg twitch? Too hot to sleep? Worried about them snakes crawlin up your porch? Oh we just had rain today, first one all summer. Came a dumpin down hard and clogged up my gutters. Car and truck got a good washing tho. Weather has turned cooler, summer's over now. Deer season starts Oct. 1st!!!!! Fire danger has closed most areas around here though....more rain, more rain, more rain...we need more rain.

Up late? No...I usually hit the rack and moor alongside the ol' lady around mid-night every night. Up at 7 or 8 in the morning to feed the horses.

Mornin Bushy!! You up yet? Break the mooring with the missus? Fed the horses? Had yer coffee? Throw a dillo in the barn to wake up Stovie? Please make him brush his teeth before breakfast (and after) you know what he chews on all night. Some day he'll get powder burns on his lips. AAAAaaaahhh it's cooler and smells like deer around here, can't wait to go hunting. I love the smell of deer in the morning. Smells like victory!

Yup...Underway this AM at 0800. Horses fed, two cups of coffee consumed and stovey hasn't arrived yet.
I wonder how many people who really hunt have actually smelled the scent of a deer while hunting or even know what that smell is?

Funny you should mention....when in Az. mule deer hunting, I could easily smell them, but here in the everlasting rain, can't say I have very often. Too many other wet mold and other smells I guess. It's something I always expect to smell tho. There's less musk smell on these deer anyway. In Az. you can smell their bed-down areas and hidee-holes and catch a scent on the wind if they were near. I always thought that made your hunt even more exciting. Up here they can smell us better than we can smell them (that's true anyway) but it's hard to know if any passed through an area if you don't see pellets or smell them. Well I think mulies smell more anyway. I gotta get over to eastern Or. and sniff around.
Not this year though, couldn't even get a doe tag. Last year we had a poor season around here. One of the reasons was this a-hole who decided to wipe out the population where I hunt. Did a good job too. Kinda funny they're going to jail them on opening day. What makes them think they only hunted during season?

Dang Suz, These 2 guys are either the balliest persons on earth or hasn't a clue what regulations and laws are. For doing something this brazen, they should have hammered the fines on them big time.

Yeah Omini...here's what they get; Each has to spend the deer season in jail for 4 consecutive years (sorry that's 90 days, not just the deer season)
Lane County Circuit Judge Charles Carlson also stripped both men of their hunting privileges for life and placed them on five years of supervised probation.
He ordered Rory Donoho, convicted on 57 counts, to pay $20,000 in restitution to the state. He ordered Shane Donoho, convicted of 82 counts, to pay $42,000 in restitution to the state and to perform 400 hours of community service — including speaking to hunting groups and Boy Scout troops about his crimes. He also ordered him to undergo counseling for a hunting “addiction” as directed by his probation officer.
AND AND AND that's for 130 poaching related charges!!! Good state to poach in?
The Donohos got caught, Hall said, when an associate in the poaching ring, Miguel Kennedy, helped them “bring the scheme to a new level by stealing his ex-girlfriend’s identity in order to create a completely fake hunter profile.” Kennedy was sentenced June 13 to eight months in prison after pleading guilty to identity theft, forgery and illegally transferring hunting tags in the case.
The ex-girlfriend “really blew this whole thing out of the water,” the prosecutor said, when she went into an Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife office, puzzled by a “tooth envelope” she had received in the mail. The wildlife department sends such envelopes to hunters, asking them to mail back a tooth from the deer they reportedly killed, for analysis by researchers monitoring deer populations.
“She said, ‘I stopped by to clear this up — I’m not a hunter. I’ve never been a hunter,’ ” Hall said.
The Donohos also forfeited to the government 19 rifles, 1,600 pounds of processed and frozen game meat, and 106 pairs of trophy antlers valued at between $180,000 and $400,000.
I think they got off pretty easily really, but I guess our laws are such that it's not considered such a horrible thing. Wonder how the rest of that crew has faired. Bunch of hillbillies.
