I LOVE MY SX2!!!! I got the 3 inch variant so I could use the "target" 2 3/4" as well as the heavy 3" loads. The 3.5" will not run the "lighter" 2 3/4" loads. I have looked at the new SX3's and the fit and finish is not as good as what is my SX2. And for the money I would opt for a composite set-up if I was doing alot of 3-gun matches(never done one so take it for what it is worth). I just love the finish on mine..glossy walnut stock and forearm.

Uses INVECTOR PLUS tubes which are kinda pricey. But they work! Also The turkey choke or a full full is an awesome idea for longer range shots or keeping pellets on target at range. I know they do a number on a turkey from seeing my dad nail a couple at distance.

Have fun with it.

Arron, thanks for the feedback on Win SX2. Here is new arrival to US shores. Hatsan, is importing their Escort shotgun to the US. I saw one last week at a gun show. I've read reviews from England that were positive. I like the fact that they have chrome-lined barrels. Even a few slugs shot in a 3-gun really lead-up a barrel. The chrome has to be great for clean-up. Their trigger has a very sweet feel to it.

YEAP! I was afriad they were some Turkish made ones! I had a Turkish made Charles Daly that I decided t oget AFTER A FAVORABLE report in a fairly Non-biased article. Said it was a good shotgun for the money. I bought a three inch semi-auto one! HAD TOTAL PROBLEMS With it! The last round I got off out of it took my first BIG turkey and it broke the locking lug in the bolt and I had to BEAT IT OPEN WITH A BALL PEEN HAMMER AND BLOCK OF WOOD! These look nice but I would like to hear more reports on them before I bought one. Sometimes a bargain is not a bargain. Now in defense of the shotgun I was shooting copper plated Winchester Supreme number five's from a 3" TURKEY LOAD through a full choke so not sure if had too much pressure or not. But I know I would be hesitant to buy another Turkish shotgun. I am VERY pleased with the SX2. Even though it has a FRENCH barrel..HAHAHA!!!!

Thanks, Arron, for the feedback. I'm moving slowly. I got excited when Cabela's had a shotgun shell sale and I just bought 4 cases for my 20-gauge pump. I'll still be shooting that for a while.

the escorts have had a checkered past here. my buddy had a semi with pitted barrel. replaced with a loose sloppy one. another buddy had problems with the pump version.ask around and be cautious. just my 2 cents worth. the H&R is a much much much better buy alot more solid.
