I take offense to that, as one of the youngest members on this board, I damn well know a Charles Heston movie. Even if it predates me.
As for the Baby pills, I'd take it with a big grain of salt. Sounds too much like the "illegal" organ harvesting that has been talked about to death, based on accusations of one group. Which have been proven to be rather false, not by the CCP, but by their critics who were hoping to have a news story out of it and ended up proving that it never happened instead.

True enough Vince never say never, but if true, I can see some people on the execution block, just like what happened with the contaminated baby milk situation a couple years back in China. If this is indeed true.
As for using plants/animal parts for "cure everything under the sun", Its not just in Asian. Hell Sideritis tea supposedly can cure you, irregardless of what illness you really have, or even if you were stabbed with a sword, according to at least one culture.

True enough mate. What I was actually alluding to when I said animals parts was the use of things like dried animal genitals as a cure for virility, the harvesting of bile fluid etc from the Sun Bears...that sort of thing. But you are correct, this sort of thing is not just done by the Asian culture...others do it as well.
Cheers, Vince

I know, but again, even that is spread throughout Europe, Africa and even North America.
Either way, with time, and the use of antibiotics, these beliefs will slowly die off as they are in the Western world.
