I don't know But I do know... it most likely will not be a brand new one when I do get one! The designs leave alot to be desired from my perspective. Seems like they are looking too JAPAN for design cues. BAD IDEA!!!! A truck while yes is supposed to be big and mean looking should also NOT look like a slab sided block house either. Ah Who knows! Maybe I can find a "cheap" old General Motors from the mid 70's with about a 396 Big Block and then I can put directional tires on it with a beefed up transmission and dig my way through snow drifts. I know a guy who did it! He could go just anywhere. Too bad the motor finally let go after ten years of running dogs in the hills. HE HE HE!!! Nice trucks all the way around folks! Me, I have a 2004 Mercury Sable that is doing the job for now. Hope it lasts a few more years.

There may be some parts made in china, but most gmc/chevy are born in the USA, some engines and vehicles are built in Mexico. Check out the link below from the New York times to find out what was built, assembled where.
Born in the USA

You reminded me of something. Firstly, I was once married to an Aussie and we use to travel to Oz a couple times a year. Once we took the kids to a kangaroo refugee camp south of Melbourne, and they were selling in the gift store, Kangaroo nut sacks processed and made into coin purses!!
Now thats a nut hauler!! Poor kangaroos ,,Ouch!!
Been to Sydney several times, its the best place on earth. Especially being we stayed with my Ex wife's uncle there, and he is on the board of directors of Westpac. He sure didnt live in the bad area of town.

Why are you always the first one up the ladder? I guess it keeps your weight down tho. Man has to get his exercise I guess. With all that grub you'll be attracting some attention.
I've seen those sheep farmers bite the nuts off a sheep and spit em out. Is that pretty common in Australia? Some film I saw there was a guy doin that, all natural like. Don't know if I'd like one of those guys up a ladder with me.....you carryin a gun Bushmonster? I got a dull knife I can throw up there for ya. Dan1 just threw me one all the way from St. Loui. Needs to be broke in before I use it. Think I'll need my spotting scope Bushnut, quit climbin so dang high! I'm a good tosser!
