That was a crack up!! Well I wish I could BBQ for Christmas in the warm outdoors, that'd be fun! I'd be planning on a smoker full of beef and pork, links and chicken to feed the whole bunch. Make sure the birds are brined and the meat rubbed with seasoning and Christmas Eve you could smoke meat all day and chips and dip and beer.....you know that would be like the 4th of July here, but you don't get much vacation time for the 4th, heck I got 2 weeks (unpaid) vacation for Christmas. Oh well back to reality...frikin cold..

Thanks guys...Christmas Day is gonna be busier than a one legged butt kickin' contest...but Boxing Day (26th Dec) I will be at the beach...swimming and hopefully fishing.
