You make camp coffee the way my dad did in the bush. He was pretty good with the two-pan method. All the food fixins in one big skillet and the coffee and egg shells in the other. We never went hungry yet he packed pretty light.
Gotta feeling you two grumpy old goats wouldda got along just fine.

My garage definately aint the one ya wanna go in with a dangle-over.
Last night was making some new gongs (they get slipped over some rebar at 200y). Well, actually they started out life as airliner life raft CO2 bottles. Got them from a friend. 'Bout 18" long, 4" diameter, and, they were full. Chained them down in my vice, got a draw-string hooked up, stood back and yanked.
Huge cloud of CO2, big noise like a Saturn 5, did it 3 times in a row and the garage got nice and cool for a few too. Neighbors came out to see WTH it was.
Told them I was discharging fire extinguishers to have them overhauled. One guy said he aint NEVER herd no extinguisher that loud as he walked off shaking his head. Then the cops came. |
What a waste Stovey...you know you can use them things to chill ya beer !!!!! Give yaself a bag fulla uppercuts mate.
Cheers, Vince

You won't get any arguments from me Elvis...although I am happy with both the coffee or tea.
Getting back onto topic...what is the latest on the primer/pressure problems?

Hey, 9 pages on this post already. That requires some coffee or tea. Have you checked out the forums on AuctionArms? I think I have yet to see a thread that doesn't get sidetracked there.
Ooops - sorry - I don't have anything to add about primers right now.

I agree! I wasn't complaining. I like the side tracks that occur with this group.
This thread lifed much longer and was more beneficial than I initially envisioned.
