Always refreshing!!! Especially with the high pressure we have been experiencing. We have been running 104-105 degree here in North Texas (but its a dry heat!) What's it been in West Texas? How about down under?

Ah yes, humidity! The consequences of some extra "liquid sunshine"!

Down here in Texas, we bike riders (pedal bicyclists) accept Mother's Nature's challenge with the "Hotter Than Hell Hundered (HHH) in the middle of August. 100 miles starting in Wichita Falls. One year, it was 104 deg when we finished. Typically, there are 12,000+ riders. A local provides free beer and brauts at the 99 mile mark. Yes we drink gallons of water.

keeps me fit, no typ "o"s, since spring I've upped my run distance to 10 k's 3 times a week and bike somewhere between 30 -50 miles once or twice, I've heard of those races I just started riding a bike a few weeks to cross train for my running, hard to find time to do everything, and it is hard to talk about without someone thinking you're bragging, or bitchin. alot of people run farther and faster but this works for me. Google Springfield Cyclist .com Traci writes a blog about our rides he commutes on a bike but some of my jobs are 200 miles apart so probably won't start that. You have to read some of the older entrys a few pages deep to read any good ones. (the ones with me in them) but the pictures are good and the stories are little slices of life any of us can identify with.

Oh I believe you. So do most on here.
Hey guys...fnuser was a bit heavy when I first met him. He has either grown and kept the same weight or lost a bunch.
