I'd like a black one....it'd go good with my hat and boots. Don't think I'd be chopping any veggies with the thing. Y'know I've been looking for a shovel to help me climb trees and cut water pipe with, this'll be just the thing.

There are a couple of other uses for it too:

use as a hot plate over a fire to cook a steak...and...

a weapon of mass destruction....(when I was in the Army, we had one guy who would sneak out of the defensive position, dump onto his entrenching tool, then hurl it back in towards the Pl Comd's pit....until they found out who it was that was to blame. Never actually hit the Pl Comd, but it was damn close a couple of times.)

gelandangan, you beat me to it. I also think cooking with it over a fire would alter the metals hardness and ability to keep its edge.
