Hi mate, Mark my eldest lives in Eltham Victoria with his wife & two kids. I have another son & daughter that live in Sydney, and another two sons live in brissy. The weird thing abut my kids is the boys were born, Jan. 1. 12. 23. 30. whilst my only daughter was born March.
My youngest Zac 20, commented once that i should be locked up during the month of March!

PS i was originally brought up in Morwell Vic, then moved to and lived in Sydney for 20 years, & the last 19yrs. in Qld. Other people leave a paper trail, i leave DNA, Laughing Incidently, that photo is at King beach Qld, and the girl is my granddaughter Taylor.
Cheers mate!

I NEED to VENT~!!!

Some where in this thread I said that my mate is going to give me his number plate MAG-357 once he would not need it anymore.
Well after 20 years waiting, yesterday he rang me and say "if you want it its yours"

So, this morning we went to the registration office.. queueing up for an hour..
Only to be told that there is no way to transfer the ownership of the plate due to some changes in the regulation.
The only way we could do it is for him top return the plate and I apply for it after 3 months, but there is no guarantee for me to get it either.
Now, there will be a $160 application fee, AND $99 annual fee for a standard plate just because I requested the number.
This is new to me.. What a highway robbery, the application fee yes I understand, but an annual fees ? why is that?
I have in the past get special numbers of the standard rack REM-223, WIN-308, WIN-243 etc.. no need to pay for annual fee..
Goddam bloodsuckers now sneaked in another fee for no extra service.. Typical government

Bloody blood suckers!!

Anyhow, I gave up my dream of owning the plate..
here is a photo for it taken on the registration office.. It could have stuck on my car..
Good bye dream..

stick it in your window anyway, what a bunch of pansies they are
over here we ring in for personalised plates and if the number/letters you want are available they are yours for 3-$400 thats it. see if you can get that plate number and when they tell you its already used well then you have them by the short and curlies cause they cant have it both ways, or your mate could sell you his vechile with the number plate on it..think guys and girl there has to be a way to get around this.
what did he have it on??

The NSW RTA employ a "special" type of person.
It once took me all day to rego a box trailer in Queanbeyan.
In the end I refused to leave (closing time) until they got their s*** in one sock and regod the bloody thing.
