Yeah...but the rules said that they were not allowed to transmit streaming outside of their respective country during the actual games.

I was blocked getting a message that the shows were not allowed to play in my region. Thus I concluded that the server with the show knew what server I was accessing the internet from and where it was located. If I looged in via a server in the US, I could still get the show.

He needs a server that is the region allowed to view the game. Not sure why they would restrict distribution other than what contracts they signed.
