So apparently as of today there are 10,499 confirmed cases in the USA. And 18 people have passed away due to this flu (or atleast died while they had this flu, they don't distinquish if it was the flu itself or if it was only helped by the flu).

Gives you a death rate of 0.17%, not too bad. See Eric. Smile

This "swine flu" has been around for along time but no one put a name on it , the media hyped it up so we could have something to watch on the evening news.
