30.5 grains is listed as maximum for a 150-grain bullet and IMR 3031 in the .30 WCF (.30/30)
With the more common 170-grain bullet, 29.2 is shown as maximum.
Go to www.hodgdon.com/ to see all of the load data for Hodgdon, IMR and Winchester powders selections for your .30/30. It's a handy resource for comparison.

My Nosler book shows starting loads with 3031 at 27 grains for 150gr bullet and 26 grains for 170 gr bullet start low and work up . I use to use 3031 for the 30-30 but now I use Varget

Hard to answer without knowing your bullet weight???????????
Try this reputable data that's available online .............. data.hodgdon.com/cartridge_load.asp

32 grains of W-748 under a Speer 170 grain HCFP. Winchester or Remington cases, CCI 200 primed. Out of a 60 year old Mod 94 at 2050 fps. 1 5/8" spread, three shots at 100 yards...
All cases resized so as to head space on the case shoulder instead of the case rim forcing the case head against the bolt face. Fire formed for my .30 WCF. Trimmed to within +/- .001" of each other and crimped with a Lee FCD...
