Last week I loaded 20 oak ties on a 16 foot flat bed trailor and parked it down at my welding shop. The twenty ties were so heavy, one of the rear tires on my half ton truck blew out just sitting there over night; and the tires were just a couple of months old. That's what could happen to your spine when you lift those things.

Not to worry this time anyway...I tend to use my legs rather then my back when lifting heavy items. Or engineer another way. Like callin' in help. No need this time as I figured out how to do it myself...

Can't help but say to take care and go easy with the heavy lifting. Dr. has told me I am supposedly over the lymes disease, but I am finding out that I am not 100% and need to use caution on heavy labor as much as I can. Gets a tad tough when no help is available!

Now, all you need do is go through the convalescence period till you are nice and strong again...then get out there and "kick some butt".

Thankee sir!! I was only up one time last night and feel good now! Deer season opens in 2 weeks and I will be more than ready!!!! Will have my son and grandson with!!! Very Happy
