Could be a fluke because I do not believe I am this good but it’s on paper and witnesses at the range were salivating all over this during cease fire target recovery time. It is my personal best.
Just thought I would share

It was nice pulling it off the board while the other shooters were looking. And for the shooters that were there, they could not believe this was a Wally World gun!

I can get similar although not quite that tight with that bullet from my AR hunting rifle. That bullet works well!

Congrats on the fine group.........Most near all of us would walk back to the bench with a big smile after shooting one like that.
I am thinking the vermen in your neck of the woods should be afraid!!!

It feels good when you can get a target like that. I use the same leads in my 222 on foxes and coyotes and get very good accuracy with them, but on paper targets my handloads using 55 gr SXSPs are better (which makes the gophers and PDs mad ).

The 17 HMR is a great little rifle, i have one and get great enjoyment out of it.
