3 - 5 inches....thats pretty goiod rain mate. Hopefully your storm water system can handle it and that way you won't get any flooding.

Worst rain I have experienced was a tropical monsoonal thunderstorm way up North....17 inches in 2 days !!!! Lucky the water disappeared as quick as it came.

Cheers, Vince

Our prayers are with all and any hurricane victims this year.

Looking at satellite pics of Hanna in our Sunday paper today, I see that "she" is being pushed along by Ike.

What is going on in your part of the world guys? Seems like you are getting a few years worth of hurricanes in one go.

Here's hoping everyone comes through them ok. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Cheers, Vince

The hype from the news media weather reports were much worse than the 3 inches of rain we got here in Pennsylvania. We could have used a few more inches of rain. Just a note; always go the the National Weather Service for accurate weather reports. The National Weather Service is not permitted to exaggerate weather reports. The local media can say whatever they want. All the best...

Thanks Bushy. I enjoy cutting the grass ( on the tractor ) My yard is 1/2 -3/4 acre or so but I cut my ex's as well ( my sons mother ) to help out she has 10 acres about 4 of it is yard so it takes a little longer. When I'm almost done I get my boy out there and let him ride around with me for a bit and he loves it Very Happy
