I have had my .243 Striker for a couple of years now and still is one of my favorite guns.. It shoots great using both Hornady 58 grn's to my handloads of 80 grn soft points.

I ran onto my second Striker about a month ago and quickly worked out a deal on it.. Not being able to leave well enough alone, I thought it needed my touch on the stock.. So after 3 failed attempts and learning several ways to remove the paint... I finally finished it this morning. It now is awaiting new bases and rings along with a scope. Then I will finally be able to shoot it some.

Welcome to this fine site, Unruely. I have to assume that you have already pulled up a stump, grabbed a beer and have settled in for the long haul. Glad you could make it. But...

I'm sorry...Being an rather senior gent and kinda set in my ways and a bit old fashion. I just can't get into those kind of rifles. Yes...Rifles. If you want a handgun, get a handgun. If you want a rifle, get a rifle. I also much prefer wood stocks. Told you I was and old fart and stuck in my ways...But again...There are a lot of people on here that just adore what you have.

I hope you stick around so they will have company and never mind me..Again Welcom to this fin, very diversified, site...

What I love about Strikers is that they are perfect for right-handers - you do not have to shift your grip to work the action.

Nice pistols!
