hi ya bushmaster, ya got that right. won't sell mine as some of the components are going high priced. besides I wouldn't want to sell some an' have the party go bullistic. i wouldn't feel right. Dave PS happy sunday to ya.

Its not illegal to sell reloaded ammo......as long as you have the proper licenseing from the BATF A$$es.

Unless the folks that are selling you the reloaded ammo have the proper licenses from the ATF, they are probably breaking the law. As the recipient, you may also be putting ourself in legal jeopardy.

Then there is the matter of civil liability. I don't know what ou are doing with it, but if you are pasing it on you could be held liable in the event a firearm blows up and injures someone.

I for one wouldn't sell you or anyone else reloaded ammo and wouldn't sell factory loaded ammo to anyone over the internet.

sale of live ammo either factory or reloaded falls under a lot of strange guidelines, then you have to find someone to ship it, i say find someone cause regular us mail will not send it, due to it being classified as hazardous/explosive. so yes after hoop jumping to make sure you have all the "T's" and "I's" dotted and crossed twice, the shipping charges would probably kill ya!!

Not really! When I worked at the G shop We sold and shipped Weatherby ammo, UPS ships ammo and the rates are no more than any other box of the same size.
Of course the owner had all the proper permits and what ever to sell ammo and ship it. Also it was not reloaded, it was factory ammo.

Nope! just last year. the rates are different but not bad or prohibitive at all. But again, you need a lisence to do this.

hmm i am surprised last i heard the usps wouldnt ship it, i guess just not for me hahah. as far as the permits, man now a days you need a permit just to get a permit.... dang government sticking thier hands in our pockets at every turn
