I was just wondering what the different handles mean. For example my handle is Knifeboy, because I used to make custom knifes for hunters and knife collecters (really a good trade to learn). Can be fairly profitable as well, I will probably get back into it once I am finished with school and can afford to build a little shop.

So lets hear from all of you, why do you call yourselfs what you do? I'm sure there are some good reasons out there.

My name comes from "Drums Along The Mohawk", both the book from 1936 and the film from 1939. Henry Fonda played the role of Gil Martin who was just trying to make a living and take care of his family. He got swept up in the Revolutionary War and saw that governemnt could not solve his problems. He also had a nice wife. All the best..

I qualified expert marksman with the m16 and when i became a crew chief on the chinook helicopter i had to qualify with a pistol and m60 in areial gunnery and got expert with those as well so buddies started calling me shrpshtrjoe i guess it just stuck!

I don't really have one, mine is simply my nickname, short for Calvin, which in itself is a damn shame. I'll never forgive my mother for it. Some people know me as "Slick", but I don't advertise it. Some of you guys have really neat heandles which I enjoy. Best wishes.

No great mystery with mine. I shoot several 17 caliber rifles and pistols. I have factory calibers and several wildcats. They are efficient and effective varmint calibers within their range limitations.

I normally use CodeMyster outside of this and a few other forums... someone back in college nicknamed me that because I used to sit through my boring college classes writing games in assembly language for my calculator.

I love single shots and my Ruger #3 in 45-70 is a real handy thumper. From mice to moose you might say. Better'n six years ago when I got on the internet and had to register, the name popped into my mind. Been using it ever since.

Nobody has posed to this one for a while and we have a lot of new members so I figured I would bring it back up, and hopefully get some additional responses.

Guess I look too serious. Asked if I am unhappy by many people . So I reply everything is fine "I'm happy"
Devorced and met my present spouse ten years ago. Happy as all my friends noted. Harry is now Happy
So got branded with "Happy"
Sure better than the name applied to the other Harry that likewise walked around with a model 29 S&W 44 Mag. Guess he looked too serious all the time too.
Had to live that one down for awhile.
