There are diy options out there mate... www.diywaterproofing.c...-membrane/

Thanks mate, I have look into that one, but I do not think it suits me since my property was old and the roof structure might not able to hold my weight.
I did ask them if the product can be sprayed rather than painted, but the answer is no because they are very thick.
So I have to re think on how to do it safely.

I wonder if I can try to seal the leaks by spraying thinned PVA (glue) a few coats over them.

I wonder if you can apply the sealer to the inside of the roof by roller mate? How big is the roof of your shed mate? Maybe you can apply the sealer by a looong arm roller from a trestle stand.

I have about 500 m2 surface area mate, it is a fairly large warehouse.
I cannot access underside of the roof due to the insulation on the ceiling.

Look for liquid rubber roof sealers in your area - they have to be cheaper than anything you have to import. It's going to be expensive to cover your whole roof no matter what you use.
I used a product called "RollTex" on a garage roof because it was also the rear deck for the home and that was the only product that was guaranteed for foot traffic.

We have here in Australia a product from a company called Rust-O-Leum Leakseal, which is similar to the type you buys are mentioning.

I guess this is what I have to use after all.
Not going to be cheap or easy to apply, but when you got to do it you got to do it.

I got to get this done when I get back from my next trip (tomorrow - to Jakarta)

Hands down the best sealant tape is "Eternabond" tape made to seal up RV roofs. This crap is the stickiest stuff you will ever run across. It needs to be "rolled" with a small roller after applying to get a good seal. But the stuff is nearly indestructible. You can get it in different widths and lengths.

Thanks for asking Vince, unfortunately it has rained here a fair bit
I appreciated the lower temps but now the heat and humidity is back and my lovely brown lawn has turned green and is growing

Old South Wales is now emulating New South Wales, at least as far as the flooding is concerned:

...and if your lawn is anything like mine mate you can pretty much watch it grow. I could mow ever feed days with the way mine is growing.

WOW...is that an unusual for South Wales mate? I can’t say I’ve every heard of floods in that area...nasty storms and gales, but never floods.

Kinda unusual, but becoming more frequent. They've just had 6 weeks' rain in seven days.
Some places are on their third "50 year event" since 2015...

We've pretty much been unscathed by both recent storms but there's plenty of time for us to get hit before Spring.
