I take it that is a black snake (can't see his belly) or a dark Tiapan?
I guess once it bites it won't make much difference...

It does make a difference, Paul, you might survive the black snake without treatment, you won't survive the taipan.

I'm too curious and would get bit....Jack Daniels in a can? Never seen that....I don't get out much..what the heck is it? Well I'd kick the box over and pick up the pieces later.

yip Suz its a RTD or ready to drink..they are all the rage, very good for bar staff in the night clubs although thats normally a stubby not a can.....somewhere between $7-12 per 350ml bottle in a club and from bottle store maybe $20 per dozen.
just about any combo is out there.

RTDs are why Kiwis have a drinking problem, if they all stuck to beer they wouldn't get so wasted - you name a common mixed spirits drink, they'll have it as an RTD. We even got some up to 15% which makes teens into cannon fodder for us LEO's.
Theres an brand called 'Codys' which is bourbon and cola - we call it 'Court case in a can' or 'scrap in a can' because all the bogans and wannabes drink it and want to fight all comers - nothing like a string bean 15 year old trying to hit a 110Kg cop in body armour - theres only one way thats going to end.
Plus we got the advantage of O/C Spray and tasers.

yip but the handy bit is makes em so lethal....no problem to grab a box and scoff them out of boot of the car etc..get tanked and cause strife.
the young folk like to "pre load" before going out as its cheaper, trouble is they havent learnt the restraint part yet...although Radars handcuffs might count LOL.

Preload ... hmm, we never called it that but way back in the day that was the usual mode of operation lol. I liked to think of it as being frugal not to be confused with cheap. Restraint is something not usually found in a young persons vocabulary - yet. Needs to be one or two encounters (three, four or five for some slow learners) before that word comer into play or a decade or two more in age.
