Check out the Sierra loading manuals, they make excellent match bullets and have excellent data for said bullets.
My load consists of:
Winchester cases trimmed to2.610"
Federal primers #215
neck sized
240gr Sierra match King loaded to a c.o.a.l of 3.535"
65.6gr AA-4350 I weigh each individual charge.

Winchester case
Winchester LRmagnum primer
200 gr matchking HP
71.2 grains of H4831

or 66.3 grains of IMR 4350

Either load should provide around 2500 fps at the muzzle and shoot sub MOA groups. These velocities are dead in the middle of the velocity range for best accuracy according to Sierra and the optimum range for accuracy is between 300 and 1000 yards.
