Can't get Point Blank 2 to save my data. I'm using Windows 8.1. What is the problem?

Hang in there mate...the Boss Man (DallanC) will be along shortly. He is a busy man though so please be patient.

I assume you are running the program as an administrator. Are you selecting "Misc" and then "Save Current Data"?

What data are you saving? All data should be written out to a file called DATABASE.XML, does this exist? What folder location do you run pointblank out of?

Tens of thousands of people use PointBlank, I've not heard any other complaints of save not working... so this usually means its a local machine issue.
