Mmmm...

If some cubed carrots and green peas added to the mince it would even be approved by the health dept.

Yep...a clove or two of garlic never goes astray in mince meat mate...in fact you could really flavour the mince in anyway it suits your tastebuds.

had me right up till the fried onion bits...... but mmmmmm yummmmo
just about as good as the 10kg of ven/Arapawa bangers sitting in the fridge to bag up tomorrow or the OTHER 10 kg to be stuffed into caseings if we can get more from butcher tomorrow.
