Quail Cacciatore: 2 birds simmered for 25mins. in spaghetti sauce and mild salsa, serve with cheesy/broccoli rice and red peppers. Was it good? Oh my yes it was goooooood. Very Happy

stovey, is that why you made the picture so big? It's a bit fuzzy too. Camera shots seem to be as difficult for you as the shotgun. But you are right, you brought two home and had a great meal. That's what counts!
