I have this deal with my wife. The condo basement is MINE! For everything she thinks has to be down there that I don't want there, I put up a mounted slain animal in the great room. So far, there there are no heads in the great room.

I bought a metal work bench from Lowe's, made a new top for it with 1 inch plywood glued and screwed together and screwed the whole thing to a wall. It's very sturdy. If there had been enough wall space, I would have put two work benches up with an 8 foot piece of plywood between them.

I'm actually equipped to reload for about 40 different cartridges and do it in much less space than you would expect. I would post photos but it would only be an embarrasement so I'll pass.

I've been reloading since I was in high school. I've always have had a separate shed to do my reloading in. However, since I've been married, my wife thinks my reloading shed is also her junk room. I've had to put up with christmas stuff and all assorted things in there. Well, since my daughter has been gone from the house over a year now, her room is now gonna be my man cave. I'm redoing the paint and gonna build tables and such for my reloading. I'm looking at what everybody else has as far as how they have everything arraigned. Can I get some pics from yall on how you have yours set up? I have a few ideas, but want to look at all possibilities and not have a "ah ha" moment after. Thanks, Rudy.

Lesson#1

Put a bloody big lock on the door & make sure you have the only keys. Very Happy

My reloading bench now resides in the lounge, though unfortunately it is currently occupied by 8' of rod wrapping machine, two sets of drawers full of rod rings & assorted threads, corks & other stuff relevant to building fishing rods.
Fortunately I made everything portable, so changing from rods to reloading takes a mere 10 minutes.
I guess I should take photo's some time.

I tried this............. but it didn't work so well, I got a DIRTY look. Back in the doghouse I go. I think I am going to have a new duck mounted this fall!

I put in a kitchenette in the basement when we built the house and decided it would make a great man cave.
