now if she was doing it correctly she would have turned horse sideways so muzzle blast wouldnt be as bad.
horses tend to get a tad grumpy if you do it that way and will figit around and not let you do it a second time.

Now why would I want to do that? It's a long way down even from a sitting position. Meeting the saddle on the way down or getting your cowboy boots tangled up could be a reason to not attempt it again too. The horse isn't aware of what's going on, what a mistake, I wanna see the rest of the story. I've stood on a horse but with no saddle and bare feet. Never shot from one. Good way to cause a wreck if you ask me.

Seems shes forgotten the simple fact that cow boys had guns to shoot the horse, not the indians as hollywood would have you believe.
Bet the horse hasn't forgotten.....

No such thing as a "bomb proof" horse. No matter how much you train them they will still prove that they are still a horse

My brother trained his horse to shoot from. It took a while but the horse learned to trust him and didn't even flinch when the shot rang out. My brother also found out how difficult it is to shoot from a moving horse. he says, "it's impossible to hit anything." (I removed some of the colorful language but the point is still there)

Doing Civil War reenacting I've seen many horses that were trained to shoot from (granted they were just blanks, but the horse probably didn't care). They'll even stay put when the cannons are fired. But I sure as heck am not getting on one to try it!
