for the believers on this forum, please keep my wife in your prayers. She is in the hospital with chest pains. They havent ruled out a heart attack yet, but the EKG, and first blood enzime test looked good. She still is having stabbing pains in her chest though. They have admitted her and going to do a neclear test in the morning. Heart attacks run in her family. She lost her brother, dad to them and her mom has had several. Thanks, Rudy.

We'll be thinking of you here. My wife has had similar problems, finally diagnosed as "anxiety attacks".

Rudy,
Passing Gall stones can also give a very close symptoms to a heart attack.
My wife went through this recently.
Emzyme test was also negative.

Hey Donut!!! I'm a-wishin and a-prayin for your wife's speedy recovery. That's a scary thing to go through I bet. Please keep us informed, you don't need to worry all by yourself.

Thanks guys and gals. Just got home from the hospital with the latest. Dr's pretty much have ruled out anything wrong with her heart. Gotta wait for the enzyme test, they do 3, 8 hrs apart. If that comes back negetive, they're gonna do a stress test in the morning and let her go home. Her primary Dr thinks its esophogeal spasms. But with her family history, Dr dosent want to take a chance. I'll post again tomorrow. Thanks again for the prayers. God really does answer them.

Oh, and dhc, we(she) went thru the gall stone thing 10 years ago. Had that sucker removed back then. Smile

My wife also had her Gall bladder removed about 6 yrs ago.
My first question after they said gall stone was HTF is that possible , she doesnt have a gall bladder.
Suffice to say it IS possible and does happen, seems that after 7 yrs study and many years on the job doctors are still "practicing".
The human body, keeping doctors busy for the last 250,000 yrs.

Prayers and thoughts for your wife Rudy. Regardless if it is something nasty or minor mate, the fear and worry are there which always seems to exacerbate the problem.

Get her home well, then sit back and enjoy some relaxing "us" time mate.

Thanks for the prayers. She got released today. Nuclear test showed nothing wrong with her heart. She got a follow up visit with he reg Dr to talk about the esophageal spasms. Thanks again, Rudy.
