I took all the RCBS dies back to Cabela's including the competition set. I kept the Redding .223 dies. The Redding quality was much better. Redding came with a second/extra depriming pin, an allen wrench for the set screw, and the set screw had a lead ball to sweg against the die threads (RCBS had none of these extras). Plus, the threaded inserts (depriming rod and bullet seat) on the Redding dies where made with much larger diamerter and were much more stable when in the die. One rotation of the seating plug ws 0.050" making it easy to adjust bullet depth. No comparison in my book.
