Turn 18 in a few days. Looking to college for electrical engineering or police training.Not sure which or if I'm even going to waste my time .Applying for jobs. And best of all I can't wait to walk into a store and buy myself a axe or knife.

If you can afford to go on to some college I think you should. When I got an associate's degree in electromechanical years ago I was able to double my income and had a MUCH more enjoyable job!

Just kidding my friend. You have a lot of life ahead so enjoy. It's a long haul to the top of the hill, but the other side sure picks up speed!

I concur with the recommendation to go forward and persue the college education. It will pay dividends in the future.

Whittling mate, get a job you enjoy to do and you will never have to work for your entire life.
Don't be too much in a hurry to make up your mind, take your time and try them all.

Hers a bit of advice from law enforcement.
Get a career first before joining Police. If it all turns to custard you've got something to fall back on.
I'm telling my 19 year old the same thing at the moment prior to him joining the ranks. - don't know if the NZ Police ready yet for two of us though!!!!
Also as Vince said stop and enjoy life along the way.
